Feb3

So I cheated yesterday......my first really big cheat in 32 days! Up 2 pounds this morning....not surprised. Today I am back on track! Had Shrimp and broccoli for lunch and just now had grilled chicken and salad. I make this dressing that I love! Its apple cider vinegar with mustard, a sprinkle of garlic powder and a few drops of stevia! It is SO good! I could still make my goal for the week...we will see what happens on Sunday.
