Feb9th

Had a great loss yesterday of 2.4 lb and today only .2lbs. Been having a great week so far.
Thanks to Shea, Heather and Jennifer at affordablehcgdiet.com, who answer all of us losers questions and give us great support!! My goal was to get down 25lb by Sunday and I missed by one pound. My big goal is to be down another 20lb before I go to Las Vegas on March 21st. I have been setting smaller goals for myself and that has been working well!

Feb3

So I cheated yesterday......my first really big cheat in 32 days! Up 2 pounds this morning....not surprised. Today I am back on track! Had Shrimp and broccoli for lunch and just now had grilled chicken and salad. I make this dressing that I love! Its apple cider vinegar with mustard, a sprinkle of garlic powder and a few drops of stevia! It is SO good! I could still make my goal for the week...we will see what happens on Sunday.

Feb 1

Today started out with a good loss 2.1 pounds which puts me with in 2.5 pounds of my goal for the week (25lb loss or 213lb)
I think I will save all my protein for supper...gonna try my luck at some 10 pin bowling tonight! Should be interesting!
Salad for lunch with a little bit of Walden Farms Bacon ranch dressing and probably an apple.
Made grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch for my kids and daycare kids and I don't even have the urge to take one bite! It really surprises me. So far the only thing that I think of often that is not on protocol is CHOCOLATE!! Tried the Walden Farms Choc. dip but its just not like the real thing.

I am glad to have so many friends and family supporting me on this weightloss journey, it makes all the difference :)
